SEDAC Energy Assessment Application

SEDAC is located at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. SEDAC can provide quick advice or in depth energy assessment services for most Illinois public entities with buildings greater than 20,000 square feet. Smaller buildings can also be eligible depending on energy use - apply to determine eligibility.

Please note that for existing buildings, SEDAC requires copies of at least 12 months (preferably 24 months) of utility bills to properly assess the facility. For buildings over 150,000 square feet, copies of plans of the building are requested if available.
